We *might* not have kept it a great secret due to fairly high excitement levels… but back when the weather was ridic me and our Immy headed down to Waterbeach to brew up a collab with best buds and tip top sour beer peddlers @pastorebrewing We had a bit toooo much of a good time… all thanks to the incredibly knowledgable and friendly team down there We tasted our way through 10+ barrels discussed fruit ate a heap of pizza and got our blend on ? creating something truly delish that’s been “resting” away
