Many of you are probably familiar with Tipopils from Birrificio Italiano, the mother of Italian pilsners. We had the honor of visiting them to brew Tipopasta, an Italian dry-hopped pilsner brewed with pasta, mozzarella, and tomato stems. A crisp pilsner at 4.5% that comes in their iconic 75 cl. bottle.
